The first phase of Visnova Housing project was completed in 2020 in cooperation with Czech RE&IS company. The whole project has been divided into three phases and is located in town Visnova, approximately ten minutes away by car from the town of Pribram with a perfect connection to D4 highway towards Prague. Given its excellent location and fast transportation connection to the capital of Prague, this location has become a sought-after place for an undisturbed family life. 

Company Elevic delivered a complete turn-around of land landscape into building plots: from the acquisition, through arrangement of land approvals, construction approvals, to a complete construction of infrastructure and final sale to end-users.

The second phase of the Visnova Housing project lies in the part of the town that is called Holanka, in a tranquil location surrounded by fascinating natural landscape. Similar to the Phase 1, also this location possesses an excellent access to the town of Pribram, which is located approximately ten minutes away by car and provides a wide range of civic amenities. Thanks to a superb connection to Prague via D4 highway, this location offers a spectacular combination of living close to nature with an easy access to Prague or Pribram. 

Similar to Phase 1, also at this location company Elevic transformed the land to 29 building plots of 36.975 m2 and realized the sale to end-customers. At the moment, remaining construction works are taking place with an estimated completion (including final approval) in fall 2021.

The last phase, Phase 3, from the Visnova Housing project is currently being developed. Phase 3 is located in the part of Visnova town called Holanka, West from Phase 2, and comprises of 13 building plots of 16,434 m2 in total. Expected completion of the Phase 2, including the finalisation of infrastructure development and final inspection, is planned for the beginning of 2022. Sale of the building plots has been already commenced.

Company Elevic approaches the development similarly to the two other Phases (Phase 1 and Phase 2) from the same project - Housing Visnova. 

The project Housing Nove Smolotely was successfully finished in 2016, in cooperation with another local company - Czech RE&IS. This project encompassed construction of six family houses in the town of Smolotely, Pribram district.
 
The whole project is located in a tranquil location, in a small town of Smolotely. This town is endowed with basic civic amenities, while more extensive range of civid amenities is located in Pribram, approximately 20 minutes by car from Smolotely. 

The project Housing Na Cervene is located in the residential part of the city of Pribram and was finalized in 2019. 
 
On this project, company Elevic cooperated with the company Czech RE&IS in regards to a sale of the substantial building plot of 9.358 m2 in this sought-after, high-end part of the town. The aim of this project was to enable the construction of condos to private investors. The project included a preparation of a study for six residential buildings and consultation with investors on the real estate development.
