Dynamic, residential real estate development in
small- and mid-size cities with a focus on cohesion between locations' specifics and customer requirements.
Our company, Elevic, was created with a purpose to creatively develop new landscape and to execute real estate projects in a new, innovative way. Our team has been working in the real estate field for over 10 years and, during that time, has pivoted primarily on activities in the residential real estate sector, in locations close to small- and mid-size cities in the Czech Republic.
Since the beginning, our team has successfully realised several projects. Thanks to that, we are able to offer our long-lasting
know-how and expertise for, on the one hand, a development of building plots, and, on the other hand, for a housing development.

We execute projects that are in our ownership as well as projects that we develop for investors and land owners. Thanks to our expertise and a unique business model we are able to achieve higher returns on their investments and higher capital gains for them.
PROJECTS
In past years, we successfully executed several projects in the cities of Pribram, Visnova and Smolotely. At the moment, we are finalising the last phase of the Housing Visnova project as well as actively are preparing new real estate projects. We are continuously open to new opportunities, where we can apply our know-how together with our unique business model, to the benefit of land owners and investors.
